Hooray!!! Today is a very special day as Darlin's efforts finalli paid off!!! Darlin closed his very 1st deal!!! Moreover, it's a COMMERCIAL project, & a BIG one! Not muchie of his colleagues had a hand @commercial projects even though they might have been in the industry for yrs! *thumbs up for Darlin*
