V.Day !!!

Yuppie! It's V.Day today! I woke up @10:40am today as I'm meetin Angela for Pedi @Beary Nice Nails! We reached there @11:30am which is rather on time for our appt! Hee

We were quite undecisive over whether we wanna do mani too.. After discussin it thru, we decided to do both! I also did callus remover treatment.. By the time pedi was done, it was already 2:45pm, & yet I haven't done mani! To tink dat I had wanna reached home by 2pm initialli! Haha! I immediately went to get the mani done! This time, I chose purplish-pink for my mani.. This was the 1st time I chose such a light & girlie color.. After the mani was done, I still couldn't get use to the color.. Tink dark colors still suit me betta! LOL! While I was doin mani, I decided to go along with the majority (in fact only 1 person), and do waxin too as Angela is doin.... Hee...

By the time everythingy is done, it's already 5:30pm! *faintz* I had actualli spent almost half the day @Beary Nice Nails! Gosh... Both Angela and I hurried home to get ready to go out! Darlin was already waitin impatiently @home for me... Haha!

Darlin & I went to Suntec for dinner @Shin Kushiya! It was by far the best restaurant dat we like! Our anniversary last yr was celebrated there too, and it was juz ard 2mths back! LOL! We then went to check out our honeymoon package as CTC Tour & Dynasty Travel were havin a travel fair @Suntec.. After checkin out the package, we narrowed our honeymoon choice to Korea, Australia, New Zealand, & U.S! Haha! Next, we went to Royal Sportin House to change the soccer socks which I got for Darlin as he said the design was wrong.... Well, wat do gals know abt soccer socks anyway??? LOL! Darlin then bought another pair of soccer socks (white color) as his one is gettin looser by the days... We then went to StarBucks to chill out.. The Java Chip Frappacino which we ordered was quite sweet.. Darlin went to the counter to ask the staff whether there's any ways for him to lessen the sweetness.. Who knows, the staff actualli changed a NEW one for us w/o us askin for it! Wow! Very good service StarBucks has! I'm realli impressed by it! *3 Cheers for StarBucks*

While chillin out, I told Darlin dat he has to get me a small gift by hook or by crook today, and it was already 9pm @dat time! The real gift will only b given to me in Mar (a PDA) durin the IT Fair.. Haha! Wastin no time, we immediately went to shop ard for it.. I told him dat I wanna him to buy me the pressie w/o askin if I like it or not.. Finally, Darlin bought me a Keychain from Cards & Such... Even though it might only b a keychain, but I like it alot coz of the special meanin dat Darlin has given to it! *thankie, Darlin*

Darlin tried his best to reach Tampines Mall by 9:50pm as we had wanna catch the movie, Valkyrie, starrin Tom Cruise.. However, by the time we rushed there, tix were sellin fast which means no good seats for us.. So we headed back home.. But we'll b back tmm to catch it! Haha!

Completion of V.Day Project !!!

Went to office for meetin again today... After lunch, I headed back home immediately as i had to finish up the V.Day Project, & also the V.Day card so dat I can b in time to give Darlin tonitez at 12am, which makes it V.Day!

I started on the V.Day card 1st as Darlin do not know dat I'm givin him a card... Hee.. Took me abt an hr and a half to complete the card... After dat, I was so tired dat I needa take a rest..... I then had early dinner (@5+pm) with Darlin @home.. Darlin da bao back home.. Haha!

After dinner, I started on V.Day Project immediately! There's no more time for me to waste! Ever since I started on this V.Day Project, I spent almost all my wakin moments doin it! *faintz*

Finally, V.Day Project was completed at 1am! Wow! So tired... But I thought to myself: It's definitely worth my 4 dayz efforts when I get to see the smile on Darlin's face later... I went into the room to pass Darlin the card, & the V.Day Project (3 photo albums).. He was happy to c it.... But his happiness wasn't to my expectation as he was actualli studyin for his GI Paper 2 which's due on Wed (18th Feb'09), and he's already quite tired from the readin up...

Anyway, finally the Project was completed! Includin the 3 photo albums, and the card (which makes it to b 4 pressies), I've given Darlin 9 pressies for this V.Day! This was in fact by far the greatest V.Day Project I've done so far....... *tired*

Appts!

Had Unit Meetin in office as usual... Then went for lunch with Meiyan @Salmon House..

Went for my 1st appt @Toa Payoh.. Had a good chat with my client.. So happy for her as she finally managed to get a BTO! Dat means she's goin to step into a new chapter of her life! Whenever I see clients enterin a new life stage, I alwaz feel so happy coz it's as if I'm growin with them, as if I'm juz beside them lookin at them as they grow.... =)

2nd appt was with Darlin @Bukit Merah.. Had dinner with the client too! Haha!

Followed by 3rd appt which started at 9pm @City Hall! Wow! So late! Luckily, Darlin sent me there, & even waited for me while I went for appt... *thankie, Darlin! ya're the best!*

In Search of Pressie 6

Did V.Day Project until I prepared to go for an appt @Bukit Batok Mac.. Darlin sent me there even though it's outta the way (he's goin back to office).. *thankie, Darlin*

Seein dat there's still some time b4 I set off to the next appt @Tampines Mall, I walked ard West Mall in search of Pressie 6.. I did see some small items which I tink were rather cute.. But I'd prefer to get somethingy dat's of practical sense... I paved up & down along the few stores... Wonderin if I shld get the cutey pressies or practical pressies... I know Darlin wouldn't wanna me to buy sth dat's not of use.... Eventualli, I din buy... And, therefore, I din abide by my own promise to give Darlin 10 Pressies in total till V.Day.... So far, I've only given Darlin 5 pressies... *sighz*

After Tampines Mall appt, Darlin came to fetch me home... I told him dat I din manage to get the 6th Pressie, & explained to him y... He praised me for not buyin! Wow! Haha! Coz he said indeed he prefer pressies of practical usage..

When reached home, I continued V.Day Project......

Pressies 4 & 5

I immediately started on my "V.Day Project" after I've woke up. I did the project all the way till abt 4pm.. By the way, Darlin loves the stress bun & keychain! Heehee! Even though the stress bun does not realli help in exercisin his injured fingers, he said he'll still use it! Hee! B4 I went out, Darlin & I had agreed to go KBox tonitez! I then went out as I'm meetin Miss Lim @Jurong Point.. When I reached Tampines Mall, who knows, she called to inform me dat she's unable to meet me today as she gotta OT... *faintz*

I then took the chance to shop ard Tampines Mall to buy the 5th V.Day pressie for Darlin! Finally, I found it! I bought Darlin a pair of black color Nike soccer socks dat has an integrated shin guard compartment! I was so thrilled as I reckoned Darlin will be very happy to see the pressie!

When I reached home, I continued with the project again... Juz b4 we went to Kbox, I passed Darlin the pressie... He was indeed very happy to c it.. But when he saw the price tag (I did not remove the price tag as I dunno if the socks size fits Darlin), he felt the pinch for me as he said dat I could have get the socks for a much cheaper price... I was abit upset when I heard this as I was expectin a gesture of appreciation.................

Anyway, after dat, Darlin explained to me dat he realli like the pressies which I've bought for him & dat he also appreciated my efforts alot... Haha! We enjoyed ourselves @Pasir Ris Kbox! It was such an enjoyment even though dat's only the both of us...

Pressie 3

Woke up at 8.20am! So early coz needa go Granny's place to pray to Grandpa & the ancestors since today is the last day of CNY.. So tired.. *yawnz* Btw, when I gave Darlin the 3rd V.Day pressie (A 100% D.I.Y, 200% effort, & 300% creativity "Lottery Tix") @midnight, he was so surprised & happy! I can even see the look of appreciation in his eyes... =p

After dat, Dad sent Granny & I to the Sembawang God of Fortune Temple as both Granny & I needa pray to Tai Sui.. It was so hot and stuffy in the temple.. No fan, no wind, and yet so crowded!

I went back to Granny's place after prayin to Tai Sui to play with BB Javier for a while b4 I went to CompassPoint to meet Antonia to discuss abt PruShield for BB Nigel. I needa take bus 965 from Yishun to Compasspoint... Who knows..... I took the bus in the wrong direction! *faintz* I immediately alighted at the next bus stop... Haha! *blurry me*

When I reached CompassPoint, it was such a coincidence! I bumped into Jacqueline & Ziyou! Haha! Anyway, we only chatted for a while coz Antonia sms-ed me to say dat she has reached the meetin place. Who knows, her hubby (David) came along with BB Nigel! BB Nigel appears to be a cute & chubby BB! Haha! After meetin Antonia, I went to get Pressie No. 4 for Darlin so dat I can give it to him on midnight today! Finally I bought a Stress Bun & a Ferrero Rocher Heart-shaped keychain from Action City! *happie*

Next, I went to Tampines Interchange to collect the photos! So excited when I see the photos! And, they're so muchie heavier than wat I expected! Haha! Luckily, I've already bought the photos albums! When I reached home, i immediately start on my "V.Day Project"! I did the "V.Day Project" all the way till 5+am! Wow!

Slow-Paced Sunday

Miracle! I woke up @10:30am!!! On sundays, I normalli woke up at ard 1pm, or earliest 12pm... But today is 10:30am! Haha! I dunno y either... Haha! Juz thought dat it's good to start the day early since I've got some errands to run. I needa go Tampines Interchange to develop the photos which I've consolidated, replace my watch batt, as well as to get some stuffs! Heehee

Anyway, I gave Darlin the 2nd pressie (Renoma Briefs) as part of V.Day surprise when the clock hit 12am which makes it 8th Feb! Haha! So dat makes it 1st pressie on 7th Feb, 2nd pressie on 8th Feb! Heehee!

The photos cost 578 (thought it's 579, but nvm) x $0.20 + $3 (handling charge) = $118.60! Wow! To think dat i spent so muchie on developin photos! But it's okie since they serve as wonderful memories! Heehee.. I then went to replace my watch batt @Tampines Mall, and get the stuffs which I mentioned i needa get..

Lunch was bought back by Darlin.. Wanton Kway Teow... Yuckie.... Not nice! After watchin for a while, I felt so tired dat i realli needa nap awhile...

Then it's TV time! B4 long, it's dinner! Darlin went out to get dinner for me, John, & Angela! While Darlin was out, I immediately prepared the 3rd pressie! Hope Darlin will like it! =p Darlin bought porridge for me and himself.. Also bought Orh (3) Lua (3).. Sad to say, dinner suckz too! Arghhh!!!! I alwaz feel angry when i dun get to eat a good meal... Haha! Luckily, dat's Chendol!!!! Darlin & I love Chendols! Hee.. In fact, when it comes to eatin, Darlin & I have a lot in common! And, dat's good! Haha
