My Cookin Time Again !!!

After goin to Watsons Tampines Mall to get some of the stuffs we need to prepare to go HK, I went back home to take a rest.

In the evenin, I started to cook!!! Today, I'm cookin (1) Minced Meat with Egg , and (2) Penne with Mushroom & Ham !

Wow! Thanx to Granny!!! The Minced Meat with Egg tasted great! Haha! As for the Penne, Darlin commented dat I've added too muchie sauce.. The sauce is also too thick, so shld add in more water next time! Hee...

But still, Darlin hoped for me to cook more Chinese style dishes for him in future..... But Chinese style dishes realli seem so muchie more tedious..... Okie! Nvm! For Darlin! I'll learn! =ppp

However, will Darlin start to take me for granted???.....

Boy Boy's Progress as @21w2d (Detailed Scan) !!!

Went for Prudential Product Launch @Suntec The Rock this morn! 9am gotta reach! *faintz* Luckily got Darlin to send me there! Haha! After the launch which ended @12pm, Darlin sent me to Taka to buy voucher followed by lunch @Eunos Hawker Centre!

Ate Cha Kway Teow & Loh Mee! Surprisingly, the Loh Mee tasted great!! I've never realli like Loh Mee coz most of the time, I find the sauce too thick... But this stall sells realli YUMMIE Loh Mee! As for the Cha Kway Teow, it was a disappointment...

It's time for detailed scan to c Boy Boy!!! So excitin!!! Boy Boy has put on 141g within one week! Yeah! No wonder my tummy has been growin faster! LOL! His fingers and birdie can b seen very clearly now!!! However, Boy Boy is shy... He hid his face away with his one of his hand.. So we din manage to get a 3D Scan of Boy Boy... Haha! We paid $222.45 for the detailed scan, and waited 45mins @a Cafe inside East Shore b4 we can get the x-rays films..

Seein Boy Boy today realli makes my day!!! =ppp

Noodles with Veggie, & Mashed Potato !!!

Hooray! I cooked my own noodles with veggies for lunch today!!! I made it!! And, this is thanx to my bestest buddy, Ah Ti!!! Haha! From this cookin which seems so ez to others, this is already an achievement for me! I've learnt how to wash veggies, and also know when the veggies is cooked to my likin! Haha! Okie.. I might b called easily contented then... LOL! It's okie.. Coz even Darlin is proud of me! Haha!

Had wanna give Darlin a surprise when he comes back from camp on Fri... I'm goin to learn how to make Mashed Potato for Darlin!!! And, my mentor is Angela! Haha! Who knows, Darlin surprised me by comin back this noon!!! I was still nappin then! LOL! Still, I wanna thankie my Darlin for this sweet surprise!!! Hee

Nonetheless, I'm still goin to continue on with my plan to learn Mashed Potato today! I did all the steps myself, but of coz with Angela by my side to teach me step-by-step patiently... *thankie, Angela*

Now dat it's practical did I then realized how tedious and strength consumin it is to MASH the potatoes!!! *faintz*After mashin the potatoes, I felt weak again... Darlin saw me, and helped me with the last step.. Dat is, to put the Mashed Potato into the toaster! LOL!

Finalli, the Mashed Potato is done!!! Yuppie!!! And, it was a success!!! Of coz, it can b betta.. Hee.. But still, I'm realli proud of myself for my day's effort! And, I know Darlin is touched by my effort, too.... Hee

Darlin goes reservist...

Darlin is goin back to camp for reservist today.... *saddened*

Yest we went Giant Tampines to store up on some food which I can eat when I'm @home.. I know Darlin is worried abt me, all alone at home... Somemore, I dunno how to cook & take care of myself... Dat's y he's been naggin me to go learn cookin asap...

Anyway, I sent Darlin to the door @7am... John is also goin back for reservist today.. So the 2 brothers left the house @ard the same time.. I couldn't get back to sleep after dat... So I woke up and get ready to go office... Today got meetin in office... Gotta reach by 10am..

I took the train @8+am... The train was slightly packed.. Moreover, the air-con in the train wasn't strong enough... My back ached, too.. I looked ard to c if there's any seats... No luck... I started to feel dizzy.. & weak... OMG! The symptons are slowin showin again!!!... Then I felt like pukin... Cold sweat started to break out... I know I might faint any moment from now if I dun sit down immediately.. Finalli, I mustered up all the courage I have, and asked an Indian lady who's sittin in front of me to give up her seat to me.. Luckily she's kind enough to agree... She even asked if I need any sweets...

I sat down, and hung my head low all the while till I reached City Hall.. I felt betta.. But my appetite has been affected.. I went to Mac for breakfast, & ordered Hotcakes Meal with Ice Milo.. Normalli, I'll order Hotcakes with Sausage Meal.. But I know my appetite has been affected... I nearly can't finish up the meal... I then brought the Ice Milo up to office..

After meetin, I went to Granny's place.. Initialli had wanna bring her to the doc to do a eye checkup.. But din eventualli..

At nitez, we went to take a look @Kor's new house.. It wasn't to wat I expected coz Granny, Godma, and Kor have been singin praises of the house's design... So I expected it to b not bad.. But it was so-so onli... The deal was sealed on the same day.. By the time Godma sent me home, it was already 12+am... Had I known earlier, I'd have hitched a ride from Charmayne when she called earlier...

Daddy & Mommy were waitin for me when I reached home... They thought I'm not comin home tonitez.. LOL!
