HK Day 6

It's the last day in HK already... Time flies.. I took pics of our "rewards" from HK! Seems like so muchie! Haha! Btw, onli the Man U jersey is for Boy Boy; the other Inter-Milan jersey is for BB Javier! Hee! We had breakfast @Fei Cui Cha Can Ting.. All the food (the noodles, Bo Luo Bun, & even the coffee) are not nice ones! *faintz* Spent SGD18 on it. We went back to hotel to deposit our luggage @the hotel lobby b4 goin to Mongkok to shop, and coz Eileen wanna get Lao Po Bing from Hang Hueng Cake Shop Co. Ltd.

We shopped ard further b4 goin back to the dessert shop (Tang Shui Lao) which Darlin loves! Spent SGD10! Haha! Then we took a direct bus (No. A21) to the airport from our hotel for onli SGD6.60/pax! Luckily, got direct bus! Haha! There's even a compartment juz for puttin luggage inside the bus! So cool!

I never realized HK airport is so nice, big, & clean! It's definitely one of the betta airports I've seen so far! =p We had dinner @Sawasdee Thai as I wanna sth hot & spicy to whet up my appetite! We had Tom Yum Soup, Rice with Miced Pork with Basil Leaves, and Pad Thai. Well, the Tom Yum Soup, and the Minced Pork with Basil leaves could've been spicer, while the Pad Thai juz tasted normal.. LOL! In all, it's onli SGD26! We then shopped ard further b4 boardin the plane @ard 8pm..

HK Day 5

Tummy feels super unwell for the whole of today... So again, I din eat muchie.. Basicalli, I juz ate abit of Darlin's portion.. We had breakfast @Fu Bang Can Ting Xiao Chu.. Breakfast was not bad, and we onli spent GD15 on it! Finalli managed to get 5 cans of 701 Medicated Plasters for Granny @SGD35 (HKD36/can).

We then went to City Plaza @Tai Koo but there was nth for us to buy coz the price is rather steep.. It's equivalent to Paragon in S'pore!

We went on to Causeway Bay, and had tea-time @an eatery. Spent SGD27 there. On seein dat the weather is so super hot, we decided to go singing @Neway!!! Haha! We stayed there from 4:15pm till 7:45pm, and all for juz SGD48 for 4 of us! Moroever, it's 2 drinks each! Wow! Their karaoke system is diferent from us.. The singers are not in alphabetical order, and also their songs are rather limited.. So it's not onli tough for us to find the singers, but also borin coz the songs are too few.. Luckily it's juz 3.5hrs... If not, we'll b bored to death! Haha!

We went on to Fa Yuen St to shop! This time, we managed to get a mini blue swimmin float for Boy Boy for juz SGD6! Haha! So cute! Dinner was @Dong Hui Xiao Chu located @a rd juz after Fa Yuen St! We ordered Gou Lou York, Beancurd Hotpot, & Salted Chix! Very yummie and all for juz SGD35 (includin drinks!).

We then went back to the hotel to rest b4 goin to another dessert shop (S0ng Ji Tang Shui Dian) near our hotel. Darlin ordered the shop's very popular dessert by the name of "HELLO".. Erm.. Probably, it shld end with "BYE!".. We'll not ever try dat dessert again! We went back str8 to the hotel after dessert coz my back ached, and my tummy still feels unwell... By then, it's already 12+am already...

HK Day 4

Well, appetite hasn't been good today... Dun feel well either.. We walked for abt 25mins b4 findin Tsui Wah Restaurant (Darlin loves the Bo Luo Bun here the BEST!) for breakfast.. All in all, the breakfast is onli SGD23! 1st destination for the day is Tsuen Wan! A pity the items there are expensive... So we went to Tuen Mun via bu 59M. Along the bus journey, we went past Qing Ma Da Qiao.. It's indeed a very magnificent bridge!!! Then we took a cab from Tuen Mun fery Pier to TMT Plaza.

TMT Plaza is a combination of abt 4 shoppin centres! It's realli huge! We shopped but din get anythingy from there.. Next, we sat on railway no. 507 back to Tuen Mun Ferry Pier. It was an EXTREMELY HOT day! Cannot stand it! Anyway, it's realli funny dat we needa tap the Octopus Card BEFORE we enter the railway, then AFTER we exited, onli then do we tap the Octopus Card again.. LOL! We had a meal in Fu Lai Can Ting Xiao Chu @Tuen Mun. It's realli one of those old style Cha Can Ting ya often c in HK dramas.. Luckily, it's air-conditioned! Haha! We had Pork Chop Baked Rice, Gan Chao He Fen, XO Sauce Fried Rice, and a sandwich.. All for juz SGD20!! And we were VERY FULL!

Next, we went to Mongkok via bus 59X. We went back to New Town Mall to change my preggy wear coz after tryin it out yest, I realized I dun like one of the tights' length.. And also, one of the nursin top do not fit me... After exchangin, we continued to shop in New Town Mall! Wow! There's still so many thingys to shop even though yest we've already shopped there!!! Cool!! I bought a white color bag for SGD26, a tube top for SGD4, and another top for SGD12!!! Haha!

We then continued on to Fa Yuen St! We saw lotsa nice clothings there! Darlin bought a bag there to put Boy Boy's stuff when we bring Boy Boy next time.. And it's onli SGD10!!!

Time for dinner! We took a train from Mongkok Station back to Jordan. Had dinner nearby our hotel.. Though Darlin & Gary found the food there quite nice, and cheap (onli SGD34 for a plate of Ginger Chix, Fried Intestines, Minced Meat with Salted Egg, and Veggies), Eileen & I would choose not to go back there to eat again! Coz the environment is EXTREMELY noisy, and polluted! Ppl seemed to b shoutin @the top of their lungs when they chat, and they smoked!!! *faintz* The place doesn't looks clean either..

As I felt quite unwell, we went back to the hotel str8 after dinner.. Darlin had wanna eat his dessert again.. But on seein dat I'm so weak, we went back to the hotel to rest... *thankie, Darlin*

HK Day 3

It's a HOT day! We were supposed to meet 9am, but again ended up meetin 10am instead.. We (the 2 couples) wore the couples' sneakers today! So cool!!!

We had breakfast @Tsui Wah restaurant near our hotel. Darlin & I had their Continental Breakfast set which consists of Cutlet Fillet of Fish with Scrambled Egg, Tomato Bean with Mashed Potato, Butter Bun, and a glass of fresh Milk. *YUMMIE* We further ordered another 2 Bo Luo Buns with Butter! The whole meal was VERY FILLIN and all for juz SGD30! We then made our way to Stanley Mkt!

1st, we took the MTR to Central, followed by Bus No.: 6 to Stanley. We saw lotsa spectacular scenery along the bus journey!

Wat Stanley amazed me was its washroom.. I was expectin Stanley to b a backdated part of HK, so I thought it's washroom might b slightly dirty.. Who knows, it was nth like dat! On the contrary, it has got lotsa clean, & spacious cubicles with squatted & seated ones! There's even soap dispenser! However, shoppin in Stanley was a disappointment.. The items sold there are very traditional, china-like items.. Thus, it doesn't realli suit us... Even Stanley Plaza is borin, and there isn't any air-con considerin dat it's a plaza!!! And, it so happened dat today is unbelievably HOT! *faintz* After shoppin ard, we realized dat Stanley attracts mostly tourists, therefore, it's more of one-time biz.. We onli stayed there for 45mins b4 we decided to go H&M located @Central.

Wow! Finalli I bought my 1st piece of clothin! Haha! H&M never fails me.. When we went to HK in Feb 2008, I also bought lotsa clothings from H&M! This time round, I'm preggy! Still, I managed to get a purple & white stripe top for onli SGD15!!! We then went to Green River Restaurant for tea time (we went there in Feb 2008, too!). Darlin had the Bo Luo Bun (with butter) while I had the XO Sauce Dry Scallop in Fried Rice. In all, we spent onli SGD20 there!

Next, we made our way to New Town Mall located @Mongkok! New Town Mall is a FANTANSTIC place to shop!! Ladies, YA MUZ SHOP THERE!!! Go by Exit D Argle St @Mongkok Station, and ya're there! The followin are wat I bought from there:

1. Maternity wear consistin of 2 tights, 1 top, and 2 dresses (all for juz SGD77!)

2. 2 tops for SGD12 and SGD20 respectively!

3. A jacket for SGD20!

4. 2 knit wears for onli SGD10 each!

Wow! Amazin! After a fruitful shoppin trip, of coz it's time for dinner! We walked quite a distance b4 we managed to find the Hai Jing Porridge Restaurant located near Goldfish St (we ate there in Febb 2008, too!). We ate a bowl of porridge each (extremely smooth!), shared a plate of Cha Siew Zhu Chang Fen (fantastic!), a plate of You Tiao (very crunchy!), and a plate of Radish Cake (yummie!). All of these for juz SGD26! Wow! We contiunued our walk along Ladies St b4 takin a cab back to the hotel to put our "rewards" for the day. Havin spent so muchie, we changed another SGD200 today! After a rest in the hotel for 15mins, we went on to Temple St to shop more! We din get anythingy from there though.. Haha! We then went to the dessert store again! Darlin had the same dessert for consective 3 dayz already but he's still not tired of it! *faintz* I had Mango & Pomelo Mix (Yang Zhi Di Lu). It's not bad but coz I'm still full, so Darlin had to help me with it.. Haha! Gary had a darin try of Soya Bean with Mango.. Well, all I can is it doesn't pay to b adventurous all the time! LOL!

Finalli, it's back to hotel to prepare our achin legs for another "battle" tmm! =ppp
