Not so long ago, I tried to make Cream of Mushroom and Ham.. It was a failed attempt as I did not do a good job at mixin the flour into the mixture.. As a result, it became lumpy.. The soup was so inedible that I pour the whole pot away!Thus, I was rather apprehensive at tryin out Cream of Potato and Bacon.. But I told myself that this time round, the soup will definitely turn out betta. And so, I convinced myself that in order to improve, I muz keep on tryin and tryin!
Indeed the result turned out good! Heehee! The whole pot was finished by the whole family! LOL!
The only thing that needs to be improved is probably next time I should use lesser grated cheddar as the soup turned out slightly saltish since there's already bacon in it.. Also, the celery needs to be cooked longer.. Hee..
