Soup Again !

Soup of the day: Pork with Heng Cai, and Potatoes!

Mommy asked me to add in red dates, too.. As the red date fragrance smell abit too strong, I added in abit of Ikan Bilis powder, too, when I used the soup to prepare porridge for Precious Jaen. Well, Precious Jaen loves it!!! Hee!

Darlin said it's not so good, though...

So I gotta improve on it!

Chilling Out With Darlin !

Soup of the day is Pork with Spinach & Carrots! Darlin said it's nice! Hee!

Watched "Meet The Little Fockers" with Darlin! It's such a funny show! Since it's only 11pm after the show, we went to chill @McCafe @Tampines Mall! We shared a large Latte, and a box of Cinnamon Melts! Still, I prefer the Cinnamon Melts in Japan...

Reached home ard 12:30am to find Precious Jaen watchin Hokkien songs MTV on Mommy's bed while Daddy & Mommy are sleepin by his sides! *pissed* They should have coaxed Precious Jaen to bed; and not leave it to the MTV to do the job!

After a quick shower, I carried Precious Jaen over to our room, and he fell asleep within 5mins! Dat's how tired my Precious Jaen is...

Precious Jaen's Lunch & Dinner Menu, N Cookin For Darlin !

I'll b takin care of Precious Jaen from today (Tue) all the way till this Sun! So I decided to draw up a lunch & dinner menu for Precious Jaen (refer to pic)!

I also prepared lunch for Darlin today! Menu: ABC Soup, Steamed egg, and Fried "Tiger" Fish (refer to pic). Darlin & I enjoyed it! I'm so proud of myself as all the food turned out great! The soup exceeds my expectation, while the fish is to standard! Probably the steamed egg can be betta! LOL!

Darlin suggested mixing Salted Egg into the Steamed Egg next time! Great idea! Hee!
